The terms on which these pages are read
This page states the limits of the figures on Check Before Deposit, what the desk can and cannot do, and how the site is funded. It is not investment advice and the reader decides alone.
Information, not advice
Every figure on this site is a measurement taken from a named public source and republished with the date and hour it was read. The order is the SEC's dates, newest first. A rebrand can make an old warning look unrelated; compare the details, not the name. The sources are named under every table, with a link, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. The figures describe what things cost, not what a reader should do. The reader decides alone and is responsible for their own decision.
Because the figures are snapshots, they carry the limits of their sources. A source can change between the hour it was read and the hour a reader opens the page. A source can contain an error that this desk has not yet caught. The desk corrects a figure once it is shown to be wrong, and the correction is dated. But the desk cannot promise that every figure is current at the moment of reading. A reader who needs a live figure should follow the link under the table and read the publisher's own page before acting.
The desk and its one measurement
Responsibility sits with the publication's editorial desk: Check Before Deposit editorial team. The desk reads the named public sources on a fixed schedule, records the figure with the date and hour, and republishes it with the source link. The desk answers corrections sent to editor@checkbeforedepositng.pages.dev. A figure that is wrong is corrected and the correction is dated. The desk does not give advice, does not predict prices, and does not answer questions about what a reader should do with their money. Those questions are for the reader and, if the reader chooses, a licensed adviser.
The desk is not a broker, not an exchange, not a licensed adviser, and it holds no client money. It has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs; the site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them. Writing to the address on the contact page reaches the desk. Corrections are the reason the address exists.
The affiliate relationship and how the site is funded
The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link, and is paid a commission if a reader opens an account there. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This is the only affiliate relationship on the site, and it is stated plainly here and on the page about the publisher. The site is funded by that commission and by no other source. The desk does not sell data, does not take payment for listings, and does not charge readers for access. The affiliate relationship does not change the figures; the desk measures the same public sources whether or not a reader opens an account.
The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and following the link leaves this site. The desk does not see what a reader does on the broker's site, does not hold any money a reader sends there, and cannot help with a broker account, a deposit or a withdrawal. Any question about an account at FxPro must go to FxPro. The desk's only role is the measurement on these pages.
What the reader should do with these pages
A reader should treat each figure as a dated measurement, not as a live price and not as a recommendation. The reader checks the source link under the table, compares the figure with the publisher's current page, and reads the SEC's own notices before any decision. The desk cannot see into a reader's bank, wallet or broker account, and cannot say why a payment failed or what a platform will do next. Those questions belong to the bank, the wallet provider or the platform. The desk can only correct a figure on its own pages when the reader writes to the address above.
The reader decides alone. The desk does not tell a reader to open an account, to deposit money, or to trade. A reader who is unsure should not act on these figures alone, and should consider taking advice from a licensed professional. The desk's duty ends at the accuracy of the measurement, and it states that duty plainly: the figure is what the source said at the hour it was read, and the correction is dated when the source or the desk is shown to be wrong.
